Who Will You Play In Cyberpunk 2077
In Cyberpunk 2077, you play as a mercenary called V. It’s up to you whether V is a man or a woman, and you can completely alter their appearance. You are free to shape your character’s backstory. Choosing different options will affect people in the world and how they react to this choice with varying dialogue. The range of customizations shown may surpass Mass Effect fantastic character customization options for characters. It is set to be a first person shooter to immerse you in the full scale of the virtual world, Night City, and feel directly connected in grime and corruption built into the game.
Your V in Cyberpunk 2077 is extremely violent. Gunfire from various guns that will blow chunks off bodies. A katana to dismember and slice people up. Did I mention the advanced weapon class that lets you shoots through cover or even people? Combat stims are amazing as well. Equipped with an inhaler you can huff mid-battle and get enhanced speed and ultra senses far beyond your enemies capabilities. Choices are a huge aspect of gameplay as you progress through Cyberpunk 2077. Missions and interactions are all affected in multiple ways.
How Do You Get Around The Cyberpunk 2077
Navigate the City on foot, in futuristic cars and bikes. Flying cars will be non-drivable, working more like a passenger mode than full control. So don't expect that you will be flying through the city anytime soon. The game will allow you to switch to a third-person viewpoint for these vehicles. Even will that small hiccup, gameplay will be seamless with no loading screens which feels very much like Grand Theft Auto. The city is a futuristic metropolis with huge city blocks, winding highways, new york style back alleys and of course neon lights. Be aware this is a transhuman city where augmentations and body enhancements are a norm. Increased physical attributes, boosted mental power, abilities, and cosmetic enhancements run rampant.
It’s a dense urban hub that is in an open world environment allowing you to explore inside buildings and around in unprecedented detail. Each section of the city's split into districts with their personalities and traits. Not all parts of the city will be safe depending on your character customization. V can rent apartments in the town as well allowing you to get a rest from the action before heading out again to explore more of the city. You will also be able to enhance your self around the world with Ripper docs who are surgical and mechanical experts. Allowing you V character to improve your body with new tech.
Cyberpunk 2077 Class System
- Netrunner: These are master hackers who can hijack any system. If you want to manipulate security devices, hack into people’s brains, unlock doors, and uncover encrypted secrets, these are the skills you want to develop.
- Netrunners can plug themselves into anything, and there’s not a system they can’t access. Best for stealthy players.
- Techie: Techies are expert modders. They can craft the best gear, upgrade items and weapons to suit their needs, and can adapt to any situation by using their smarts. Expect to be able to use drones, turrets, and more if you expand your abilities in this specialization.
- Solo: A mercenary class with specialization in solo capabilities. Solos work as hitmen, bodyguards, security detail, and everything in between. Solos are the strongest, fastest, most combat aware class in the Cyberpunk world.
